I'm back online, with a faster connection and and a mostly clear calender between now and the election. I'll try to do a better job of ferreting the skinny between now and then. For those who are not aware of fivethirtyeight.com, here's a link. This is far and away the most accurate polling site due to Nate Silver's astute methodology. Watch the video to meet him, and get misty over the good old days of journalism courtesy of Dan Rather. (I really DO miss him.) Then check out the various polling charts and data. The blog entries are thought provoking as well. Good site to bookmark.
